If you have the desire to deepen your practice and learn more about yoga, then you are ready for this training. No amount of experience can prepare you for your first YTT.
This is like when people say I can’t do yoga, I’m not flexible enough… but that is why we go to yoga! The same applies for YTT – how will you advance your practice without training? This program has NO requirement for physical capabilities.
If not now, then when? There is never a perfect time. You will figure it out. The one constant about life is that it’s always changing. If you feel ready now, figure out a way to make it happen now.
This is very common – but our programs are designed to help you deepen your personal practice, afterall Yoga Teachers are just students who have committed to being students for life. This teacher training has an incredible emphasis on personal evolution.
We offer at least one scholarship for $500 off tuition – we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone. Contact us here for additional information. We also offer payment plans and are happy to work with you.
This is an experiential learning program, meaning that all in-person hours are important to the completion of the program and a requirement for graduation. We understand that extenuating circumstances come up, so in the event of absences we have the following guidelines in place:
1. If a student misses any in-person hours, it is their responsibility to get the missed information covered from one of their peers. Depending on the content missed, the student will then be assigned additional work to make up for the in-person hours missed.
2. If a student misses a specialty lecture that cannot be made up in the above format, they must do the following: 1. Schedule a private make up session with the facilitation team at a cost of $75/hour, 2. In the event that a student misses a module that cannot be replicated or privately scheduled, this student will join this module in the next round of 200-hour (if there is availability)
3. If a student misses more than 20 in-person hours, they will need to retake the program at full tuition cost (unless otherwise specified with the Program Director & Program Manager) in order to receive certification.

Jesse is an E-RYT 500 and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years. He has a special kinship with the living spirit of Yoga and its many limbs. He teaches Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Progressive Ashtanga (Rocket), and Hot Yoga. For Jesse, yoga is a sacred sanctuary to connect to oneself, nature, the elements, and to the mystic union of breath, Asana, and movement. It is through this discovery that Jesse has devoted himself to sharing his love and passion for yoga with others. To truly inspire transformation, as well as an alchemical uncovering of our natural state… Empowerment, well-being, and grace.
Taylor has been a student of yoga for most of her life, but began practicing daily 13 years ago and has been a teacher for almost 10. Throughout this time she has fallen in love with all of the multifaceted layers that yoga has to offer. She is trained in 2,000+ hours of varying styles of yoga and fitness that all uniquely influence her teaching style and energy in class. When practicing with Taylor expect to be challenged to step into your inherent badassery, find your edge with playful energy, all while honoring your inner guide. While the asana (physical postures) have so much impact in the practice, the deeper understanding of oneself and the connection we all share is one of the most powerful gems yoga has to offer. This is what continues to bring Taylor back to her mat time and time again and something she hopes for all of her students to experience.
Maren is a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher with certifications in Vinyasa, Sculpt, Rocket, and Yin. Adam’s main focus is to ensure that his students have a fun and enjoyable experience in his classes. He understands that it’s easier to learn something new or open yourself up to profound inner experiences when you’re relaxed and having a good time. To create a comfortable environment, Adam uses a range of tools, including intentional sequencing, creative transitions, curated playlists, and his own unique blend of humor, authenticity, and humility.
Divya is an RYT 500 and graduated from a 200-hour Power Vinyasa Training through SOL 19. She is currently studying in SOL 19's 300-hour Advanced Studies Program and also holds 25 hours in Yin training. Divya was introduced to yoga as a young child growing up in Mysore, India. During the course of her 200 yoga teacher training, she was introduced to yogic science and philosophical ideas, which seemed familiar to her in the way she was raised. Also, she took it upon herself to dive deep into some of these subjects of Philosophy, Mythology, and Yoga Sutras, and she eagerly wants to share this knowledge with her students.
Mark is a dog-loving, Harley-riding, ultrarunning rebel who has been teaching yoga internationally for over twelve years. He looks at yoga as a ‘technology’ that allows people to access their strength and intelligence to make a positive impact on their way of being in the world. His classes are physically challenging and technically available to students of all experience levels. Expect to not only work your body but to also take a look at how you approach your world while on your mat.
