Tam began yoga in 2011 as a form of cross-training to distance running. She quickly fell in love with feeling more connected to herself through breath and movement.
Tam considers herself a student first and has pursued over 1,200 hours of training across various yogic arts and energy studies.
Her greatest passion is helping students see themselves with more clarity. She loves to teach students how to seek answers from within. Her 1×1 transformational coaching is where she feels most aligned with what she offers.
