This 50-hour continuing education training is for teachers and practitioners looking to deepen their practice and understanding of Sculpt.
Our Sculpt offering is a combination of yoga, resistance training, free weights, and cardio-based movements. While this practice greatly facilitates physical strength and expansion, the true growth lies in the internal strength, grit, and determination that it builds.

This training is a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training module. You do not need to be enrolled in our 300-hour program to take this training.
