Kate Pyle is a Power Vinyasa and All-Levels Yoga teacher.
Originally from Australia, Kate has spent many years traveling, studying Yoga, and exploring her inner and outer world. From Indonesia to Sri Lanka, South Africa, New Zealand, and the United States, she incorporates these lessons in her practice and aims to deliver creative and dynamic flows that explore our physical and mental limitations to find a deep place of connection to the self, the physical body, each other, and the universe. Kate's style is down-to-earth and approachable, her overall aim is to make everyone feel comfortable, confident, and challenged on the mat and hold space to explore what Yoga can bring to life both on and off the mat.
