Rachael Carlevale is an All-Levels Flow yoga teacher.
Rachael Carlevale is a devoted practitioner and teacher of holistic wellness, weaving together the wisdom of yoga, mindfulness, and plant spirit medicine to cultivate harmony within the body, mind, and Earth. As the founder of Ganjasana: Cannabis Yoga Ceremonies, a Yoga Alliance Registered School, Rachael offers a sacred space for deep connection and healing through the ancient practices of yoga and conscious plant integration. Rooted in the principles of permaculture—earth care, people care, and fair share—she honors the interconnectedness of all living beings, guiding others to align with the rhythms of nature.
Rachael completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Shambhava Yoga at Shoshoni in 2010 and later deepened her practice with a 300-hour advanced training through the Mandala of Study School of Embodied Poetry under the guidance of founder Shannon Paige. She has also pursued over 1,000 hours of advanced studies with esteemed teachers including Indu Arora, Shiva Rea, and Richard Freeman.
Based in Colorado, Rachael is not only a seasoned yoga educator but also a regenerative farmer and advocate for sustainable living. Holding a Master's certification in mindfulness education and yoga instruction, as well as being a DEM Pure Certified Farmer and Educator, she brings a grounded and heart-centered approach to her teachings. Through her work, Rachael empowers students to embrace self-discovery, cultivate inner balance, and nurture a deeper relationship with themselves and the natural world.
