Nick Zaring

Yoga Teacher

Nick Zaring is a All-Levels Flow yoga teacher.

Nick is a Colorado native who found his yoga practice in 2013. As a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, he immersed himself in the healing potential of embodied and intentional movement through the practice. As the community of yoga students and practitioners grew around him, he felt compelled to deepen his own practice and share the magic of yoga via teaching those in need.

Nick completed his 200-hour YTT in Boulder in 2016 and has since taught in many settings around Colorado. This includes the YMCA, the Denver County Jail, and multiple mental health treatment sites. He is overjoyed to help students explore the physical and psychological effects of yoga as a practice and to guide others toward learning more about being an interconnected human via each posture. Nick enjoys the communal approach to yoga and the well-being that is generated through our being united with one another through the breath. His classes focus on strength, courage, determination and humility.
