Megan Ferguson

Yoga Teacher

Megan Ferguson is a Power Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, and All-Levels yoga teacher.

Megan first discovered the practice of Yoga over a decade ago primarily as a way to nurture her muscles and joints from years of long distance running. Not only did she find a physical benefit from the postures but she began to find a deeper connection with her breath, mind and spirit. This connection sparked a desire in her to explore Yoga on a deeper level and she completed her 200 hour teacher training in Power Vinyasa in 2023 as well as a 50 hour training in hot yoga the same year. In addition to teaching Megan possesses her license as a Registered Nurse and has had many years of experience devoted to helping others on their journey to wellness. Megan gains so much joy from connection with her students, her goal first and foremost is to help others tap into their power both on and off their mats. Off the mat Megan enjoys any time in nature, running, music, or spending time with her Partner and her many pets.
