Jimi Alida is a Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher.
Jimi has been teaching fitness, with a specialty in pilates for over 15 years. While newer to yoga, once she started practicing she fully immersed herself in the work. As a lifetime athlete and dancer, yoga’s fusion of both strength and grace was instantly addicting. Currently working on completing her 500-hour RYT certification, Jimi strives to embody the whole yogic lifestyle and strives to inspire her students to do the same. When not in the studio, you can find Jimi on her mountain bike getting as far off the grid as possible.
