Barre Teacher Training


In this 50 hr training you'll learn to teach high intensity yet low impact workouts utilizing light weights, core balls and resistance bands to strengthen your deep core and stabilizing muscles while helping to improve mobility and flexibility. You'll learn:

Anatomy: take a deeper look into the musculoskeletal system as it pertains to designing effective barre workouts.

Benefits of barre: explore how barre benefits the body - from strengthening the deep core and stabilizing muscles to improving posture, mobility and flexibility.

Basic barre shapes and class sequencing: learn basic barre shapes and how to put them together to design a kick-ass full-body sequence.

Precise cuing: learn how to clearly and effectively cue your sequence to deliver a seamless class.

Musicality: learn tips and tricks for choreographing workouts to the beat of uplifting music.
