A Message from Molly, SOL 19’s New Owner

SOL 19 Community,

I am excited, honored, and humbled to lead SOL 19 in its next chapter. I have fallen in love with this community through teaching and taking classes here, and I can’t wait to get to know you all better. I’m here to listen, learn, and do my best to steward what Tam and Matt have built; I’m also eager to learn what the community needs to continue to grow and thrive.

As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I’ve nurtured a deep passion for movement for many years. I turned to yoga to heal my body, and with it found profound spiritual healing and a call to share the practice with others. I’m also a staunch believer in strength and mobility training to support our bodies in everything we do. So after working in high-tech marketing for nearly 20 years, I made the leap to teaching. I teach Power, Hot and Sculpt, and I am a certified barre instructor. In my spare time, I manage our small hobby farm in Lyons and spend as much time as I can cuddling with my three best friends (my cats).

As we go forward, I hope to expand our yoga and fitness offerings with more variety and more class times in the coming months. We will continue to offer all of our Teacher Trainings, and stay tuned for many fun workshops and immersions coming this Fall. Change can be hard, I know, and can take time. I’m an open door for anyone who wants to chat. I am committed to continuing to make SOL 19 an open and welcoming community for anyone who wants to share the magic of yoga and fitness.

With gratitude,
Molly Monroy
