Yasi Nava is a Power Vinyasa and All-Levels teacher.
Originally from Venezuela, Yasi lived in Miami for many years before moving to Colorado two years ago. After practicing yoga on and off, she began to see yoga as a way of life eight years ago, devoting herself to a daily practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
Yasi holds a 500-hour certification in Power Vinyasa. She is deeply passionate about this invigorating style, with a love for the freedom it offers in movement and flow. She is known for her creative sequencing, crafting unique and inspiring flows that keep students engaged and eager to explore their own potential on the mat.
Teaching gives Yasi the opportunity to create a beautiful community of empowered beings. Her main goal is to establish a place where individuals can come together to flow, feel, connect, and leave everything on the mat.
In addition to yoga, she loves hiking, kayaking, and spending time in nature. Her passion for the mountains is one of the main reasons she decided to move to Colorado. Yasi can easily spend hours next to a river, enjoying the sounds and her surroundings.
