Ingrid is a recovering journalist and Ironman triathlete who turned to yoga to heal her mind and body after years of stress and overtraining. Multiple injuries and surgeries had left her in near-constant pain, and she found that a daily practice gave her relief from the pain, improved mobility — and returned a little bit of sanity and confidence she’d lost along the way. To deepen her practice and gain a more holistic understanding of yoga, she completed both the 200-hour YTT and 50-hour Hot training at SOL 19 in the spring of 2021. Now in her 50s, Ingrid feels much stronger in mind, body, and spirit than she ever has, and loves to share that experience through teaching.
