Emily is a Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga teacher
Emily began her yoga journey ten years ago to enhance her physical health while living in Alabama. Yoga quickly became a holistic approach to strengthening not only her physical body, but also her mental, emotional, and spiritual self. She believes that yoga can allow individuals to transcend into authenticity, compassion, and gratitude into their true way of being. By combining her knowledge as a Mental Health Counselor and Yoga Teacher she holds a safe space for others to begin learning how to heal and transform themselves through the power of breath, movement, and meditation. Emily’s love for music, nature, and inner-self exploration transcends into her yoga classes.
