Autumn is an All Levels yoga teacher

Autumn has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2007, and she's discovered over the years that yoga is not only exercise for the body, but also helps calm the mind, regulate emotions and unite to that which is greater than us as individuals.

Proper alignment, yoga philosophy, and equalizing both the strength and length in postures are key features in her class. With a degree in Exercise Science, Autumn understands the western approach to fitness. After acquiring over 700 combined hours in yoga certifications including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Rocket styles of yoga, she is now able to combine eastern philosophy to health and wellness for a comprehensive approach.

Autumn is a Colorado native who is passionate about her family, nutrition, and living in accordance with yogic principles. Her life's purpose is to share health and wellness with her community, and empower them to become the best versions of themselves.
