Autumn Harris is an All-Levels Flow yoga teacher.
Autumn was introduced to yoga in 2018 as a way to supplement her exercise. What started as exploring another form of movement quickly morphed into a practice that improved her overall well-being and quality of life. While she loves the physical practice of yoga, it’s the magic of community and breath that has allowed her to discover a deep sense of self and strength within. In the Fall of 2022, she felt a strong pull to enroll in the 200-hour teacher training program at SOL 19 with the desire to impact the lives of others through yoga. Autumn has a deep passion for empowering students to be seen for who they are both on and off their mat and hopes to hold space for students to discover their most authentic self. She is continuously learning and humbled in her teacher training journey and is eager to continue to grow alongside her fellow teachers and students.
