About the SOL 19 Hot Yoga Sequence

The SOL 19 Hot Yoga sequence is based on the traditional 26-porture series with plenty of room for variations and modifications. From the most beginner to the most advanced, this class is perfect for all experience levels.

Please be mindful in your practice as this sequence is typically executed in a room of 105 degrees and 60% humidity. Modify as needed.
