300 HOUR ADVANCED STUDIES
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Join Tam Burke, Taylor Johnson and guest teachers on a journey into the practice of yoga.
Training Overview
Our 300 hour module-based Teacher Training program is designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners to take the next step in their training and expand further upon their yoga journey. Get ready to dive deep into the art of advanced teaching, sequencing and assisting, in-depth pranayama & meditation, energy work, yogic texts, integrated yoga anatomy, and so much more. This training is a guide to help you step into your power, find your voice, connect with your higher self, and feel empowered as a leader and teacher.
Within our modular system, there are required core modules that are offered periodically throughout the year. Outside of these modules you have the autonomy to choose your own path of education to complete your training hours based on what inspires you most. With elements of Fire, Earth, Water, and Air you will have ample opportunity to balance your practice, and finish our program at your own pace. These modules are open to anyone, you do not need to be a yoga teacher or enrolled in the 300 hour program. If you are a student or new teacher wanting to learn more about a specific subject or looking to progress your practice, we encourage you to join us!
This training is to be completed within two years from the start date. If this isn’t possible with your schedule, please reach out to our YTT staff at YTT@sol19yoga.com.
Upon completion of training, students with 200HR certification through Yoga Alliance will be eligible to register as 500HR RYT.
At SOL we firmly believe in providing the highest quality education possible for our teachers and students. Our training is facilitated by highly trained and experienced yoga teachers, and professionals within their respective field of work and study. Tam and Tay are the lead facilitators of our 300 hour program. They are joined by a team of guest teachers, all of which are masters in their field, E-RYT 500, or have doctorate degrees.
